Okay, so would one then say

No lo habría creído si no lo huberia visto or hube visto? (I wouldn't have belived it if I hadn't seen it.)

And if hubiera is used, does that apply to all sentences like this? For example:

No habría ido si hubiera sabido (I would not have gone if I had known...)

"huberia visto" es incorrecto.

Debes decir "hubiera visto"o "hubiese visto"

"Sí el Titanic hubiera visto el Iceberg, quizá hubiese evitado la colisión"

El uso de "hube" es inusual en lenguaje hablado. No lo oirás nunca.

Ej: "Apenas hube visto el iceberg, giré el timón del Titanic" .

Será mas común oir esto:

"Apenas había visto el iceberg , giré el timón del Titanic"
