I got a message in our suggestion box that stated this phrase "guancho cara quezo". Does it mean anything? If so, what does it say'

The word guancho does not mean anything. There are nicknames that are Guancho or Juancho. Cara quezo probably is Cara Queso. It is an expression. It wants to say that you have face of cheese
