Expectora frecuentemente.
- Nice try, gekko, but expectorating is not coughing. (It is spitting) - Echoline Nov 8, 2010 flag
- Interestingly enough, one of the three machine translators says frequent cough. - Stadt Nov 8, 2010 flag
- I personally use expectorate to indicate that you cough something up then spit it out - as opposed to spit from the mouth, or cough without production. I don't know how the cognate is used in Spanish however. - Stadt Nov 8, 2010 flag
- *Technically* Echo is correct. Nevertheless, Expectorar tends to be used as synonim with Toser: http://dictionary.sensagent.com/toser/es-es/ - Gekkosan Nov 8, 2010 flag
- Wexpectorar (ex afuera, pectore pecho) arrancar y arrojar por la boca las flemas y secreciones que se depositan en la faringe, la laringe, la tráquea o los bronquios. (Sorry for that) - mediterrunio Nov 8, 2010 flag
