How does this sound:

Él me da la fuerza de combatir por lo que quiero de verdad. He oído mucho sobre el desde muchas personas y tambien desde su propia boca. Y ya no me importa del pasado, pero ahora lo que sea mas importante es el futuro.

I'm not a native but here are my suggestios:

sobre él - you forgot the accent

de muchas personas/de su propia boca - I think desde is more commonly used to indicate motion from a location

el pasado - the past (you don't need to say 'of' or 'from' (de) the past)

lo que es - you are making a statement here so wouldn't use the subjunctive.

Él me da la fuerza para combatir por lo que quiero de verdad. He oído mucho sobre él por muchas personas y también (lo he oído) de su propia boca. Ya no me importa el pasado, ahora lo más importante es el futuro.

The "Y" in the final sentence at the beginning is used to emphasize in some cases (I've seen it in many religious texts), in this case I wouldn't use it, because you said "y" a few words before so it sounds repetitive, but it's your choice...
