Conicidad means "conicity" which is a geometrical tolerance. Roughly it measures the deviation from a clylindric shape so that instead os being cylindrical something is conical.

Dimensiones means dimensions.

Pulg is short for "pulgadas" which means "inches"

I can't imagine the meaning of "luer" but if it is placed close to "Conicidad" maybe it is the unit in which conicity is measured, as "pulg" (inches) is the unit for "dimensiones".
