ASK A QUESTION I'm driving your girlfriend home
If dar un paseo en coche, dar una vuelta un coche, andar manejando and the like mean to go for a drive, then would it be simply "estoy manejando su novia a casa" or something like that? Yes I mean currently driving right now, not I will drive her home. Gracias.

I think "manejar a alguien" would mean to manipulate that person. I guess if you tell your friend so, he won't let you drive her home...
Although it's not among your options, I would say something like "estoy llevando a su novia a casa" because "dar un paseo en coche", "dar una vuelta en coche" and "andar manejando" would give me the idea that you are driving just for the sake of it, with no destination.
estoy manejando su novia a casa
I am driving her home, I am taking her home.
Voy a llevarla a casa.
The continuous tense is used in a future tense here, this can never be done in Spanish.

How do you say this and not get punched in the face?
I would go with Heidita's answer, it's the most direct and less likely to be misunderstood. I've actually heard the word "paseo" used as in making a pass at a girl. I don't know if this is slang, or just inaccurate, but you surely wouldn't want to tell your friend you're going to make a pass at his girlfriend.

Yes I mean currently driving right now, not I will drive her home. Gracias.
(En ruta por celular) "Estoy llevando a tu novia a casa en coche."

@Gocika, yes I am translating that song. Care to help me sing it in Spanish?
@Julian (or Heidita or anyone I guess), in the interest shortening the lyrics to match the English, how about
Llevo a casa......, tu no....vi....a. That matches his intonation. I'm driving....... your gf home. (y me dice, que no te escogió)
He switches tenses in English, so I want to switch tenses in Spanish too, although improper it may be.
Plus make it rhyme in Spanish.
