Could you please tell me if these are correct?

veintiún perros, ciento uno perros, treinta y una fresas.

One more question: is it "veintidos" or "veintidós"?

The accented "ó" is correct in "veintidós".

Your "101 dogs" should follow the same rule as your "21 dogs". Drop the "o" on "uno", just as you did for "21 dogs".

The "31 strawberries" looks good!
