ASK A QUESTION Is there any similar website for learning french

Aside from Livemocha (which was mentioned in Qfreed's first link), you might find Busuu.com useful. Their format is different from Spanishdict's, but they offer free lessons as well as community interaction with other people from around the world interested in learning various languages. For example, native speakers are available to critique writing assignments and there is a special feature called "busuu talk" which allows you to pair up an chat with a French speaker (if this is your target language) in a friendly environment which supports text, audio and video formats.
Aside from Busuu.com, you might also try Mango languages if you are interested in interactive lessons. Mango is a for pay program (requires a subscription), but is often available for free at your local library or through your local library's website.

I've heard of no plans for FrenchDict.com. They probably won't make one because you can't use the !¡ like you can in Span¡shD!ct (that is assuming that those punctuation marks exist in French)
Perhaps someone can come up with a name using unique French punctuation. I'm sure that is all that is holding them back.
