Why do all the flashcards I create in a set not show up after I have saved them.

Question

I started creating some flash cards and I noticed that not all of them were being saved. The number was well below 100 which is what the system says is the max fora given set. I notice that the number of words in a set can vary from what is being displayed elsewhere in the system.
