Hannah. Most of the time names stay the same, only with exceptions, which are probably biblical names.

If you would like to hear Hannah pronounced in Spanish, click here ----> link site.

Give it a few seconds to open and then listen as the speaker (synthesized) says in Spanish:

"Hello, my name is Hannah"

In bibilical Spanish, Ana is used where "Hannah" appears in English.

Since the "h" in Spanish is generally silent, Ana would be pronounced exactly the same way as a name that was spelled "Hannah".
