Translation of: Concerns

Question

Seems the dictionaries translate as preocupaciones. But that also means "worries." I am looking for a word in Mexican Spanish that has the following meaning: I have some concerns about certain issues. That would be different than, I have some worries about.... Is the same word in Spanish for both meanings? Thank you.
