Hola, Kitty.

Do you mean "to lie down" as in a person lying down on a bed? That would be "acostarse". Example: "Me acuesto" - I lie down.

Or "to lay something down on a bed" is "poner" or "colocar". Example: "Pongo mis libros en la cama." - I lay my books down on the bed.
