El golpe de calor ocurre cuando la temperatura corporal rebasa los 40° centigrados y esta accompañada de pulso fuerte y rápido.

Cuando escribe el cuento, en lugar de decir "de golpe" diga solo lo que ha ocurrido.

When writing a story, instead of saying "suddenly" just say what actually happened.
