None of these seem to fit your context.

It seems to refer to the Taino Indians. I don't know where they are from but the article on their language was about how it effected Puerto Rican Spanish so they may be original native Puerto Ricans. Sangre taina would be referring to the singer's heritage.

The Taínos were the indigenous people that inhabited several of the Caribbean islands before the European conquerors arrived and pretty much wiped them out.
