Hi Pretty Girl. Welcome to the forum.
"Que tengas un buen dia" = Have a nice day (informal: for friends, family, etc.)
"Que tenga un buen dia" = Have a nice day (formal: for strangers and to show respect)

Some variations I have learned...
Que pase buen día. and Que tenga felíz día.
Literally I think they are "Have a good day." and "Have a happy day." but basically the same as "Have a nice day".
Note that the first uses the verb pasar and the second the verb tener. You might want to check out the dictionary on pasar. In this case it's used in the sense of to go through, to experience (experimentar)
