If we were talking about a masculine object we'd say "favorito," as in "¿Cuál es tu libro favorito?"

If we were talking about a feminine object we'd say "favorita," as in "¿Cuál es tu fruta favorita?"

You should probably say "¿Cual es to favorito...?" For "Which is your favorite...(da da da)?" In spanish that is used for our questions with what. Like "What's your name?" is "¿Cual es su nombre?"
