I am haveing trouble getting points for watching videos

Question

On occasion, I have not received points for watching the videos. I watched the complete video, but still did not receive credit. I am logged in and points are accruing for other tasks. Any one have any thoughts?

Make sure that the video plays to the end,.and then click "proceed to flashcards." If you try to proceed before it finishes, or you go to the write or speak sections too quickly, it won't recognize that the video finished, thus no points.

Not that I want to help anyone cheat for the sake of points, but if the above scenario does happen, you don't have to watch the entire video again. Just start the video again then drag the play cursor to the end of the video to complete the process.

• That fixed my problem. I was not clicking "procced to flashcards", since most of the early lessons are review, I was clicking on the recognize link. Thanks for the help. - nddtkle Jan 25, 2010
