"Bien" or "good" does not fit-Why?

¿Por que la palabra "bien" no cabe in la frase? This is my answer to "La palabra del día": Saber que los trabajadores van a caber todas de los cosas es un requisito para construción de edifícos. I check some of my answers with the Translation Section of Spanishdict. The translation I came up with is: To know that the workers will fit all those things is requisite for construction. the word "bien" added to to say "good construction" does not fit. The latest translation is better and translates as "better construction". There were better things to write such as "fit the materials" instead of 'fit all those things" and this may have a bearing on the translation as well. Ayunda por favor. Muchas gracias.

bien is more usually used with verbs and translates as "well". Good would more properly be translated as bueno.

...es un requisito necesario para construir bien los edificios. or ...es un requisito necesario para construcción bueno de edificios. or ...es un requisito necesario para construcción de edificios buenos.

It's easy to get confused because often english speakers will use "good" when they should really be saying "well".
