Form? Like the tense - past, present, future, subjunctive? Or if it is a statement or a question?

The tense is shown by the conjugation of the verbs in the sentences. This includes the subjunctive and everything else.

If it is a written question, a correctly written spanish sentence will have the upsidedown question mark - ¿ - in the front and a right side up question mark at the end - ?.

Now if we are talking about the form that the spanish is written in or the media... Well I am not looking at it so I couldn't tell you if it was in pencil, pen, or baby food smeared on the walls. raspberry

If you are talking about the tense and the mood, you just have to look at the endings and , in some cases, the form of "haber".
