Which preposition is right, sobre or de or both? Thanks.

I'd use sobre, because Google offered more results (298,000) with sobre than de, and the translator gave a Spanish phrase for "simposium on latin music": "simposio sobre música latina".

But since there are also 48,300 results for de, than maybe both are acceptable?
