Where can I watch Spanish TV shows?

I am trying to learn Spanish. I was looking for some TV shows to watch.

Hola Shane,

I have many Spanish channels available through cable, so I don't use the web for that much. The other suggestion that I do use is LoMas TV, which several people here use. There is a small monthly fee, but it provides video with Spanish and English subtitles. You are able to slow the speed down and click on words for definitions.
