The literal translation for this is "casas y apartamentos en alquiler".

If you are looking for a text to place in a business card, I'd suggest "alquiler de casas y apartamentos" as a business description.

In Mexico the preferred verb is "rentar". Thus. "casas y departamentos en renta" ("departamentos" is used for "apartments" in Mexico). If you can identify your potential clientele, you can select the vocabulary that would be most appropriate.

In Mexico the word "apartamento" is used for a very small apartment, such as a studio apartment.
