"Hay mosca en casa" roughly means, "There is a fly in the house." Mosca means fly.

Were did you get that from? In Argentine slang, "mosca" also means money. He might be asking if you have money in the house.

My mexican friend said, "te vuelvo a llamar, hay mosca en la casa." and she meant...there is someone(other people) around her that time.

Unfortunately, it's also a Shakira song so on Google I only found references to that.
