I only found "panic" used as a noun, however, here are some examples using it in sentences.
I refused to panic. Me negué a dejarme llevar por el pánico.
The industry is panicking about the recession. La recesión tiene a la industria presa del pánico.
Don't panic. No te dejes llevar por el pánico.

Marianne is right. There is no verb in Spanish. You have to use the noun. You may use "entrar en pánico" as an equivalent.
