capital letters not allowed in question title

Question

I tried to write "USA" but got the error message, "Writing in all capital letters is not allowed in the question title. Please rewrite your title without using words in all caps."

I felt extremely silly having to write out "the united states of america."

I had a similar problem with a comment. I guess it's some kind of filter to avoid people writing in capital letters and is catching some words it should not.

Just write the letters small ie usa or, leave a space in between U S A , They call it shouting to write in capital letters!
