im think names stay the same in any language eg:

my name is Liam me llamo Liam mon nom est Liam

"Cassandra" is a Greek name. "Kaylynn" is one of those weird modern American inventions that combines (and, sometimes, distorts the spelling of, somewhat more traditional names). "Brown" is, of course, a name derived from the name of the color (with this pronunciation, you could consider it to be either English or German [Braun]). The Spanish equivalent for the name of the color would be "Moreno" (and that is, indeed, a Spanish name) but one does not usually "translate" proper nouns.
