How do you say "Be good"?....as a goodbye type comment. I was figuring you could say Ser Bueno. Right or wrong?

Hi David, welcomesmile

You are right, but you have to conjugate the verb:

que seas bueno, sé bueno

also:

¡Pórtate bien!

  • ¡Pórtate bien! = Behave yourself! - Mokay Nov 24, 2009 flag

"Sé bueno"?

  • "Sé" is the informal imperative command form of "Ser". It also means "I know" but you just filter that out in this context. - Gustav-R Nov 24, 2009 flag
