What is the most complicated spanish word?

I do not know any really complicated words. Complicated means long.........

This is the epitome of complicated. I saw this from a previous post and have loved the word ever since. Now of course, I can't say it ( well I can, it just takes me a few minutes and sounds more like a sentence than a word ) , I think I might have Hipopotomonstrosesquipedaliofobia myself!

One word that I do like though is 'misericordia', it took me a while to get it to roll off my tongue.
