What's the word for 'utility room' in Spanish?

I'm looking for a word to describe that extra room where washing machine/freezer etc. are kept. Often just beside the kitchen, usually has a sink and some cupboards in it as well...

Lavadero or cuarto de lavado (Laundry room)

There may be another term, I don't know.

In mexico we call this el Cuarto de Servicio

And some people say 'la trascocina' (like you said, that's usually where it is)
