The phrase should have been: "¡Qué lindo eres!"

In this case, que is used to mean "how". Now I'll tell you a little trick that you'll find will come in handy here, double click on each of the rest of the words in the phrase. Since verbs in Spanish include the subject, add "you" to the definition for "eres" since it is in the tú form of the verb.
