Is there a Spanish word for married family such as an aunt-in-law, cousin-law, etc'

No, there isn't. One CAN say: familia política, but you have a special word for each: suegra (mother in law) suegro (father in law)...

When it comes to cousins: prima , prima segunda (second grade) etc.
