How to say "to whom it may conern" in Spanish and also the "reference" in the reference line of a letter?

"A quien corresponda" es lo más parecido. Pero en España, cuando no conocemos el nombre del destinatario, ponemos "Muy Sr./Sres. Mío/Míos".

"A quien pueda interesar" es otra cosa.
