What is the proper reply to "cómo andas?"

Frinend introduced me to a new way of saying how are you, was wondering if there is a matching response possibly using verb andar? ando bien or something similar

Estoy bien, ando bien, bien ---they are all good responses.

¿Cómo andas? Literally means: How is it going?

I've never heard that greeting before, but I guess you could say "Estoy andando bien."

I've never heard that greeting before, but I guess you could say "Estoy andando bien."

It's quite usual in Argentina, and I believe also in other countries. Like any form of greeting, you can answer it just saying "muy bien", "ando bien, gracias", "más o menos" (so so), etc, etc, etc.
