I am guessing that you tried to post a question and didn't understand how to do it properly. In the top right corner is a box that says "en español". If you click that, you will see all the instructions in Spanish. Including:

El campo Título es obligatorio (The Title field is required)

El campo Pregunta es obligatorio (The Question field is required)
