in french language, last letters of words are usually pronounced. is it the case with Spanish?

Is that true about French words? I don't speak French but I can think of lots of words where the last letter is not pronounced : voix, plait, tiens,

In my opinion, Spanish is much easier because almost all the letters are pronounced as you see them.

I don't know about French...where are you from? Do you speak French? Spanish is different thoughgrin

I couldn't tell you anything about French, but in Spanish every letter is always pronounced, except for "h", which is never pronounced.

Examples: otorrinolaringólogo = oh-toh-ree-no-la-reen-GO-lo-go hacienda = ah-thee-EN-dah alcohol = al-co-OL imprescindible = eem-pres-theen-DEE-blay
