Question

Does anyone here ever wonder where all these marvelous people come from? I was just wondering where all of you guys come from ( and don't say my mom ) as I was just interested in knowing....I'll start.

Me llamo Carlos, pero todos mis colegas me llaman por mi apellido: Mokay, por lo inusual. Mi bisabuelo era de nacionalidad china y emigró a México donde se casó con una mexicana. Al llegar a México tuvo que "mexicanizar" su apellido y adoptó Mokay. Mi papá piensa que realmente son 2 apellidos chinos: Mao y Kay fusionados, pero como no se conservó ningún registro escrito no está seguro de ello.

Vivo en el estado de Sinaloa, México. La ciudad donde vivo se llama Culiacán, es la capital del estado. Sinaloa se localiza al sur del estado de Sonora, el cual colinda con el estado norteamericano de Arizona.

El estado de Sinaloa es famoso por sus playas (Mazatlán), su agricultura (tomate) y su pesca (camarón).
