Jumper/Booster Cables- En Español

Hey guys, so I was buying tires yesterday for my car and saw a package of Jumper/Booster cables. On the one side the text was in English and on the other side it was in Spanish. It called them Cables de pasa-corriente. This made me think, is this the best way to say Jumper/Booster cables, or is there a better way to say it? Just wondering.

Therefore I took a look at the site translator to see what it said, this is what it came up with:

Jumper Cable-

1.)Cable de Puente

2.) Cable de Arranque

Booster Cable-

1.)Cable de refuerzo

2.)cable de motor auxiliar de propulsión

3.)cable del aumentador de presión

Does anyone know which is more correct, the original from the package, one of those from thr translator, or is there something else, thanks, Latina. smile

I'd say that it is start-up cables, cables de arranque.

Arranque = start.

But then again, wait and see what the others say.

Out of all the options the translator gives, I would choose "cables de puente". It's the one that does not sound odd to me.
