Tim is my name and I would really like to know how to say it.

¿timothy? would be Timoteo. but it is not a common name.
Tim. If you mean Tim as a name then its just as it "Tim" Some names can be translated into Spanish like John=José, Paul=Pablo etc, but names are just names and don't need translation!
