How do you say "post" in Spanish? As in "post" a message.
I would like to know how to say:
I would like to see more________ (posts) in Spanish. Quiero ver más ___________ en español.
By the way, the "doubleclick" function doesn't work when you are in draft mode. I was just double checking to make sure that the definition of "post" that I want was not in the SpanishDict dictionary.

¡Hola!, MortimerFrancis:
Your enquiry may not be lost. When I thought about the word "post" as it is used in English, it is both a noun and a verb. The verb use comes from the idea of "posting a notice" on a wall, bulletin board or telephone pole. Of course then when the posting is done the announcement, decree, advertisement or whatever it may be is then referred to as "the post". Here in the forum, at least in English, we post our question and thereafter refer to it as the "Question", "Post" or "Thread".
To go back to your question here consider this suggestions:
I would like to see more questions posted in Spanish.
Quiero ver más de preguntas fijaron en español.
Once a question is posted up ("fijo") in the forum, it may be referred to as "un hilo" or "el hilo". The entire "hilo" consisting of "la pregunta" and "las respuestas".
Is this any help? What do others think? What do Heidita and Eddy think?
These are just some thoughts of mine.
It seems to me that you can express it in a few different ways, but check these links:
Hmm, no he visto estos enlaces, Issa, pero si aparece la palabra "mensaje" entonces es lo que busca Mortimer.
to post : poner/escribir un mensaje
the post: el mensaje
Lo que no tenemos es una sola palabra para "to post".
Can you use "el puesto" for the post (instead of el mensaje)?
As Heidita suggests a post is a mensaje, then a person who "posts" would he be the mensajero?
As Heidita suggests a post is a mensaje, then a person who "posts" would he be the mensajero?
¿Quizá escritor o autor? Creo que un mensajero solo dé el mensaje, no escribalo.
