Spanish word or phrase for "soup kitchen"?

Hi! I'm looking for the spanish word (or phrase) for "soup kitchen". I looked for it under "translate" and it gave me "comedor", but I thought that was just dining room, and it gave me "cocina de sopa", but idk if that's just a literal translation or if it's actually the phrase one would use. Thanks!

Hmmm...maybe it would involve the word "charity" (as in a charitable organization) - "institución benéfica" or "organización benéfica". Since a soup kitchen provides food through charities, maybe you could cobble together something like: "comedor de comidas donadas por las intituciones benéficas". It's probably a very loose translation, but it would at least communicate the general idea. If you absolutely have to get a correct translation, keep asking around!
