HI Jossimo, really the diffence should be clear:

bien: adverb, this acompanies a verb (well)

bueno: adjective, acompanies a noun (good)

La película es buena. a good film

Hola: If you look in the dictionary at the definitions of bien and bueno, you should see straight away which word to use.

bueno/a is usually used as an adjective, and therefore in the above sentence you should use it: la película buena

bien is usually used as an adverb: ¡bien hecho! - well done!
