Currently, I'd choose Kristen Kreuk (the first couple of seasons of Smallville). For Spanish cinema, I'd choose Penelope Cruz (who seems much sexier when she speaks Spanish than when she speaks English)..At one time, I would have suggested Catherine Deneuve. There are also a number of Chinese/Japanese actresses who are breathtakingly beautiful but are unknown to American audiences.
