You cannot just translate literally word for word althought to your credit, you at least tried. It could go something like,

Mis vacaciones más memorables fueron en Australia. Lo cual es el único país extranjero que he visitado.

I know this will sound crazy, but my favorite "4th of July" was spent in Riviera Maya, Mexico in 2008. There was a party held there that was more festive and more patriotic than anything I have ever seen in the U.S. And that is taking into consideration the fact that I live in Philadelphia, twelve minutes from the place where the Declaration of Independence was signed.

I hope to have the opportunity to celebrate the 4th in Mexico again someday!!
