Siembre la voy a amar. I will always love her. En donde ande. Wherever I'll be. I am sure this is the correct interpretation. But, I like the above better (like a wolf, I walk in the sea, It does not make sense but I like it and I have my bottle of wine with me.

It doesnt seem to be spanish. Changing ponctuation might be 'siempre las voy a amar' what means 'I will love you for ever' (you is feminine and plural, so, it could also be I will always love you, girls).

'donde yo ande' might mean 'where ever I'll be', is not correct spanish I think.
