Or, you could say: tengo que arreglar mi cuarto.
What everyone is hinting at is that since necesito is your conjugated verb, it should be followed by arreglar in the infinitive. You normally don't put two conjugated verbs together. (Except in a list.)
However, you are using "I need" for "I should" or "I must". For that, you would use deber or tener que rather than necesitar.
Lo siento, pero no puedo. Necesito arreglar / ordenar mi cuarto.
You can say either one.
