How do you pronounce the letter "x" in the spanish word "exotico"?

Officially, it to be pronounced like "ks," just as it is in English.

However, in both English and Spanish, it's common to say "gz" when presented with words like "exotic." So, the pronunciation in English would be "Egg zoh-dic" and in Spanish "Egg- zoh-dico."

Around here, most people pronounce the English word "exotic" like "egg zah dic". The "gz" pronunciation for "x" is quite common in English. - lorenzo9 Oct 28
