Sam es un jugador increible. El quiere practice boliches mas, pero tiene demasiado trabajo. Se duda que su jefe se apruebe su solicitud. Antes de que emieza, se vista en cuernos de reno para buena suerte. Triunfa porque tienes un juego perfecto. Su esposa sugere que almuerce.

Here is what I'm trying to say: Sam is an incredible player. He wants to practice(subjunctive) bowling more, but has too much work. He doubts that his boss will approve(subjunctive) his request. Before he begins, he puts(subjunctive) on reindeer antlers for good luck. He triumphs because he has a perfect game. His wife suggests that he should have lunch(subjunctive).

I purposely did not include accent marks. Please tell me of any spelling or usage errors, or anything else that is very wrong (excluding the content). Thank you.

this is the right way to write and say it :

Sam es un jugador increible, el quiere practicar mas boliche., pero tiene mucho trabajo. El duda que su jefe apruebe su peticion. Antes que el empieze se pone cuernos de venado para la buena suerte. El triunfa por que tiene un juego perfecto, su esposa sugiere que tiene q comer.

When a person wants himself to do something you combine 'querer' + infinitive verb: 'Sam quiere practicar.'

If you are trying to think of ways to use the subjunctive form of verbs then try to create sentences like these:

"He wants us to... (do something)."

"I want you to... (do something)."
