how do you say "your bill is due by november 13th?"

I need to know how to say "you bill is due" on a particular date. For example, "Your bill is due on November 13, 2009. Please help. Thanks!

"La fecha de vencimeinto de su cuenta es 13/11/2009" is one way our dictionary expresses it.

La factura será pegadera en 13/11/2009. (another choice from our dictionary)

"su factura vence el 13 de noviembre de 2009"
