In my opinion you do need. En mi opinión sí necesitas. Lo correcto sería: No puedo esperar para darte besitos.

No puedo esperar darte besitos tendria otro significado, pero aca esperar es 'hope' en vez de 'wait'. Y no indica amor como en la frase original: Icannot wait to give you kisses.
