Here's a few that I'm aware of:
Mano- general usage
Manito- same as Mano
el/la cole (short for colega)- used in Mex and Spain
el compa (close male friend)- Latin America
el cumpa (close male friend)- Chile
el compi (short for compinche)- Mex, Peru
Yunta (yoke, best-friend)- Chile, Mex, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru
el/la pana- Dom Rep., PR, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador
bróder (from English Brother) (bródel in PR)- Venezuela, El Salvador, Nicargua
Che- Argentina, Chile, Uruguay
mi ñeco- Ecuador
It also varies in different places of Latin America or Spain:
Mexico: Amigo, camarada, cuate, viejo, compadre, compa,
South America Pana, Chamo, Chaval & many more
